Building Accessibility

Lobby and community room are wheelchair accessible. The building has common area accessible bathrooms and elevators. Seven (7) mobility units and five (5) communication units are included, with the remaining units meeting adaptability requirements as listed in Chapter 11B of the CBC.

Parking

There are a total of 47 parking spaces for the lottery units. Policies limit one parking space per household, and parking will be offered to households in lottery rank order.
